Paul Hastings Represents Four M Holdings Affiliate in Purchase of Eight Facilities from Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc.
Atlanta, GA (March 26, 2007) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, represented U.S.C. Acquisition Corp., an affiliate of Four M Holdings, in the purchase of eight converted product production facilities from Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of $80,725,000.
The facilities are located in Amsterdam, New York; Bowling Green, Kentucky; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Fridley, Minnesota; Grand Forks, North Dakota; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Seward, Nebraska; and West Springfield, Massachusetts. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2007 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
The Paul Hastings team was led by partner Wayne Bradley and included partners Lisa Rushton and J. Mark Poerio, associates Jennifer Manning and Jeremy Corcoran, and senior legal assistant Pat Showalter.
