Paris, France Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Ergalis, a portfolio company of leading French mid-market private equity firm Activa Capital in its acquisition, through a LBO, of Aura Staffing, a group of temporary employment and recruitment agencies, from Segula Technologies, an international engineering and consulting company.

Private Equity partner Olivier Deren and associate Arnaud Levasseur, along with restructuring partner Lionel Spizzichino, led the Paul Hastings team on the transaction.
