Los Angeles, CA-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Children’s Hospital & Research Center Oakland (CHRCO) in its affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). The purpose of the affiliation, which went into effect on January 1, 2014, is to create a durable and permanent strategic relationship, designed to develop an integrated healthcare delivery system under the UCSF name to improve the quality of pediatric healthcare in Northern California.
