Paul Hastings' Represents Cebridge Connections Holdings In Purchase of Cable Systems From Cox Communications Inc.

Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, represented Cebridge Connections Holdings, LLC ("Cebridge") as lead counsel in connection with the financing of the acquisition by a syndicate of investors, of cable systems from Cox Communications, Inc. The syndicate includes Cebridge, GS Capital Partners L.P. and Oaktree Capital Management, LLC. Paul Hastings' handled the negotiation of debt and equity financing for Cebridge in connection with the syndicates purchase of and financing for the acquisition of cable systems. In addition, Paul Hastings is advising the principals of Cebridge in connection with acquisition and financing strategy. The Paul Hastings team was led by New York partners Dan Bergstein and Barry Brooks and associate Glenn Shoenfeld in regard to the acquisition and equity financing. Atlanta based of-counsel Kathleen Currey and New York partners Leslie Plaskon and Jeff Pellegrino also provided assistance on the debt financing. Partner Joseph Opich in the New York office provided tax related support for both teams.
