Paul Hastings Represents Beecken Petty OKeefe & Co. in the Acquisition of Paragon Medical, Inc.

Chicago, IL-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised Chicago-based private equity firm Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company ("BPOC") in the acquisition of Paragon Medical, Inc., a turnkey supplier of world-class solutions for custom and standard surgical instrument delivery systems.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in early December.
