Paul Hastings Represents Barrington Broadcasting Group LLC in $195 Million Financing

(December 14, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Barrington Broadcasting Group LLC, an owner of 24 television stations in 15 markets, in obtaining a $195 million senior secured credit facility and in a related tender offer and consent solicitation for all of its outstanding of senior subordinated notes.

Bank of America, N.A. acted as administrative agent in the financing.
