Paul Hastings Represents AIG Highstar in $470 Million Acquisition of Advanced Disposal Services

New York, NY (August 30, 2006) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, represented AIG Highstar Capital (AIG Highstar) in the acquisition of Jacksonville-based Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. The transaction is valued at approximately $470 million.
