New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented a joint venture advised by AEW Capital Management L.P. and Miller Capital Advisory, Inc. in connection with the refinancing of Woodfield Mall, a super-regional shopping center located in Schaumberg, Illinois. The $425 million financing was provided by Prudential Insurance Company of America and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
