Paul Hastings Recognized for Third Consecutive Year as Overall Best Firm to Work for by Vault

Nearly 17,000 associates completed Vault’s survey, which evaluated the quality of life at law firms in a dozen categories, including Satisfaction, Hours, Diversity, Compensation, and Substantive Work. Among those categories, Paul Hastings placed first in Satisfaction and Informal Training, Mentoring & Sponsorship. Associates at the firm told Vault that “the professional opportunities and client interaction available at Paul Hastings are second to none,” and that “the quality of work, collegiality, and relative work-life balance are excellent for a law firm.”

Overall, the firm was ranked among the top five firms in more than 20 categories by Vault this year.
