Paul Hastings Named Top Global CLO Counsel for the Second Consecutive Year

London/New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, has been named Top Global CLO Counsel for 2018 by Creditflux magazine.

The firm was credited for advising on 240 CLOs through 2018 – more than any other law firm, and more than 35% of all CLOs globally – for a combined value of nearly US$118 billion.

The firm was previously recognized as the Top Global CLO Counsel for 2017, based on advising on 228 CLOs for a combined value of nearly US$114 billion.

Over a two year span, the firm advised on a record 468 CLOs with an aggregate value of more than US$230 billion, accounting for more than one-third of all CLOs globally.
