Paul Hastings Hires Leading French Tax Partner Bruno Leroy

Paris — Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm’s growth in Europe is continuing with the addition of tax partner Bruno Leroy to the Paris office. Leroy joins from Dechert, where he focused on M&A and private equity tax structuring, as well as general tax advice to corporate clients.

He also advises high net worth individuals for tax optimization purposes and for the securitization of their tax position in France.
