Paul Hastings Employment Attorney Barbara Johnson To Participate in Minority Corporate Counsel Association Panel

(March 15, 2005) - - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that Barbara Johnson, partner in the Washington D.C. office, will be featured as part of a panel discussion at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association's (MCCA) Fourth Annual CLE Expo, to be held March 16-18 in Chicago.

The panel, entitled "Proactive Strategies That Win Employment Lawsuits," is included as part of the "Labor & Employment Law Track" and will share strategies and tactics that have been successfully implemented by other employers in day-to-day employment decision-making, pre-litigation disputes, and at early stages of employment litigation to win cases and drive down costs.
