Paul Hastings Continues To Expand Global Projects Group With Addition Of Robert Vitale To New York Office

Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce today the addition of partner Robert Vitale, previously at Cadwalader, Wickersham &Taft LLP, to the Global Projects Group, resident in the New York office. Mr. Vitale, formerly Chair of the U.S. and Latin America Project Finance Practice of Cadwalader, has over 20 years experience in project finance.

Mr. Vitale has a diverse transactional practice representing investment funds, private equity investors, mezzanine and subordinated debt financiers, commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies and institutional investors participating in infrastructure, privatization and acquisition transactions around the world. He has advised clients involved in transactions in more than 20 countries and has worked on over 125 domestic and international project finance transactions. In September, Bob will assume the chair of the NYC Bar Association Committee on Project Finance.
