Paul Hastings Continues Growth Of International Corporate Practice With The Addition Of Keith Wilson To The London Office

Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce today that Keith Wilson, previously a partner at Lovells has joined as a partner in the corporate department, resident in the London office. Mr. Wilson, specializes in asset finance.

Keith’s expertise focuses on asset finance, the provision of debt capital in connection with assets of all types. Over his many years of practice he has become an expert on issues relating to the leasing of equipment including aircraft, aircraft parts, containers, and other asset leases, warehouse facilities, vendor, and other related financings. Keith co-lead this practice area at Lovells, with particular responsibility for such institutional clients as Xerox, Merrill Lynch, Barclays Asset Finance.
