London (November 26, 2007) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Michelle English, previously with Kirkland & Ellis, as a partner in the Private Equity Practice, resident in the London office. Michelle’s practice focuses on cross-border leveraged buyouts and venture capital investments.

In addition, Michelle advises private equity portfolio companies in complex re-financings, multi-jurisdictional management equity programs, European high yield debt offerings, and ongoing corporate matters. Moreover, she has advised other European corporate clients on U.S. securities law matters and U.S.-bound acquisitions.
