Paul Hastings Advises Wells Fargo Bank in $500 Million Financing for Erickson Air-Crane

Los Angeles, CA-- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented lead arranger Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in connection with a first lien ABL facility for Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated, a global provider of air transport services. The total financing consisted of a $100 million first lien ABL facility and a $400 million second lien notes offering. A portion of the notes proceeds were used as financing for the acquisition of Evergreen Helicopters, Inc.
