Paul Hastings Advises The Home Depot in Sale of Harris Research to Baird Capital Partners

-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented The Home Depot (NYSE:HD), a leading home improvement specialty retailer, in its sale of Harris Research, Inc. (HRI), a leading franchisor of in-home consumer services, to Baird Capital Partners, a private equity firm.

The value of the transaction was undisclosed. Financing for the acquisition was provided by BMO Harris Bank N.A., BBVA and Caltius.
