Paul Hastings Advises SOFTBANK CORP. on its investment in PPLive

Shanghai (February 8, 2011) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised SOFTBANK CORP. (SOFTBANK) on its acquisition of a 35% stake into Synacast Corporation, also known as PPLive, the operator of PPTV, a leading online TV service in China. This is one of the largest strategic investments in China in the last 12 months.
