Paul Hastings Advises Publicis Group/ZenithOptimedia on Acquisition of Germany’s AKM3

Frankfurt, Germany – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global firm, announced today that it has advised ZenithOptimedia, part of the Publicis Groupe, on the acquisition of AKM3. The transaction is subject to the approval of the German Federal Cartel Office.
