Los Angeles, CA (September 25, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented the shareholders of Paragon Biomedical, Inc., a full-service clinical research organization, in the successful sale of their shares to Clinipace, Inc., a digital contract research organization for emerging and mid-tier biopharmaceutical and medical device firms.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
