Paul Hastings Advises on Two LatinFinance “Deals of the Year” Awards

Financing Innovation of the Year: Fibra Uno’s $1.1 billion sustainability-linked credit facility, the first ever in Latin America to be arranged in accordance with the “Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles;” and
Restructuring of the Year: Mexico City Airport Trust’s tender offer and consent solicitation for $6 billion in bonds related to the since cancelled international airport project.

In addition, Paul Hastings’ client MercadoLibre was recognized for raising an impressive $1.85 billion in capital, including a $125 million loan to the company’s Mexican unit, Mercado Crédito -- a deal on which the firm advised. The transaction marked Goldman Sachs’ largest loan to a financial technology firm in Mexico.
