Paul Hastings Advises Lehman Brothers on Exit from Joint Venture Ownership of Sanderson and St. Martins Lane Hotels
London (March 5, 2007) - Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker (Europe) LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, has advised Lehman Brothers on its exit from the joint venture with Morgan Hotels that owns the London hotels, The Sanderson and St. Martins Lane, for a substantial sum.
Lehman Brothers acquired its interest in The Sanderson and St. Martins Lane hotels six years ago when it supported the buyout of the Burford property group.
The transaction was led by partners Linda Fletcher (real estate) and Ronan O'Sullivan (corporate), assisted by senior associates, Donna Goldsworthy and Hayley Buckley. Freshfields acted for Morgan Hotels.
