Paul Hastings Advises Kratos Defense & Security Solutions in $304 Million Bond Offering

San Diego, CA (March 28, 2011) - Paul, Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced that the firm advised Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., a provider of products and services for United States national security, in the private offering by the companys wholly owned subsidiary, Acquisition Co. Lanza Parent, of $285 million aggregate principal amount of its 10% Senior Secured Notes due 2017.

The gross proceeds of approximately $304 million from the offering will be used to finance the previously announced acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Herley Industries, Inc.
