Paul Hastings Advises Kratos Defense & Security Solutions In $115 Million High Yield Offering

San Diego, CA - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTOS), a provider of products and services for United States national security, in its 144A private placement of $115 million 10 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2017.

The private placement is in connection with the closing of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions acquisition of Integral Systems, Inc., a developer and provider of satellite system command and control software, signal monitoring, telemetry, interference identification, and military range processing products and solutions, which was completed on the same day.
