Paul Hastings Advises Forum Partners on its Loan Facility

Shanghai (October 23, 2014) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Forum Partners, a global real estate investment and asset management firm, in its loan facility extended to an affiliate of Sansheng Real Estate Group Limited. The proceeds of the loan will be used to pay land costs and construction costs on projects owned by Sansheng Real Estate Group Limited.
