Paul Hastings Advises Filtration Group in Acquisition of Clear Edge Filtration

Chicago, IL-- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm acted as US Counsel to Filtration Group, a North American filtration products manufacturer and an affiliate of Madison Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Clear Edge Filtration, an integrated industrial process filtration company, from textile manufacturer Gamma Holding, an affiliate of Gilde Buy Out Group.
