Paul Hastings Advises Barclays Bank PLC in Senior Secured Financing of Press Ganey Holdings, Inc.

NEW YORK – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Barclays Bank PLC as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent to Lenders in a $260 million senior secured financing of Press Ganey Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of patient experience measurement, performance analytics and strategic advisory solutions for healthcare organizations.

The financing consisted of a $75 million senior secured revolving facility and a US$185 million senior secured term loan facility. The proceeds of the financing were used by the borrower primarily to refinance its existing credit facilities. The deal closed on July 31, 2015.
