Paul Hastings Adds Former SEC Lawyer Keith Miller to New York Litigation Department

Firm Boosts Securities Litigation Practice with Addition of Top Notch Litigator

New York, NY (August 1, 2006) -  Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that Keith Miller, previously at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP and a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lawyer, has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the Litigation Department, resident in New York.

Miller served as a branch chief at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's northeast regional office in the division of broker-dealer enforcement and interpretations from 1990-94. His practice areas include SEC enforcement matters, securities litigation, White Collar defense and internal investigations.
