Paul Hastings Achieves 2020 WILEF Gold Standard Certification in US and UK

Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced that the firm has been named a 2020 WILEF Gold Standard firm in both the US and UK. While the Firm has met the US Gold Standard six times since 2011, the Firm is pleased to also receive the UK Gold Standard, which is only in its second year.

The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) Gold Standard Certification emphasizes the leadership roles attained by women partners in law firms, a tangible reflection of the Firm’s commitment to the advancement of women partners. WILEF Gold Standard firms in the US are those with 300 or more practicing US lawyers that meet an objective criteria including the number of women equity partners in firm leadership positions and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners. To qualify for the WILEF UK Gold Standard Certification, firms with 100 lawyers or more must demonstrate that they meet the same objective criteria with respect to representation of diverse women partners within the equity partnership, governance and compensation committees.
