OpenText to Acquire Covisint Corporation

Orange County - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing Covisint Corporation (NASDAQ: COVS), the leading Cloud Platform for building Identity and Internet of Things (IoT) applications, in a US $103 million agreement to be acquired by OpenText (NASDAQ:OTEX) (TSX:OTEX), the global leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM). The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2017 and is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by shareholders of Covisint.
