Olivier Deren Appointed Chair of the Paul Hastings Paris Office

-- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that Olivier Deren has been appointed chair of the Paris office, succeeding Dominique Borde.

Olivier Deren's appointment follows the significant expansion of the Paris office in 2011, when a broad range of practices were strengthened by the arrival of partners Pascal de Moidrey, Alexis Terray, and Edith Boucaya from Hogan Lovells, Guillaume Kellner, Etienne Mathey, and Nicolas Faguer from Proskauer, and Lionel Spizzichino from Weil Gotshal & Manges.
