“Merri is an excellent litigator with expertise in patent litigation, trademark, trade secret misappropriation, patent counseling and contract matters, and she will be a terrific addition to our Intellectual Property practice, helping her clients develop, enforce and defend their patent portfolios,” said Bruce Wexler, Global Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property practice at Paul Hastings. “She complements our firm’s strength in Life Sciences and Tech, and adds further strength in strategic intellectual property counseling, licensing, trademark and contractual matters.”
