Masonite to Sell Premdor France to Perceva

Paris, France – Paul Hastings has advised Masonite International Corporation in connection with the proposed sale of Premdor France Group (Premdor SAS and its subsidiaries) to the investment fund Perceva. Masonite International Corporation is listed on the NYSE and is one of the global leaders in manufacturing doors for construction, with sales of $1.8 billion in 2014 and 10,300 employees around the world.

Alvarez & Marsal advised Premdor France Group, a company that manufactures and sells wooden and metal doors principally in France and had sales of approximately €100 million in 2014, employing 635 people.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the opinion of the employee representation bodies as well as obtaining approval from the appropriate competition law authorities.
