LinkedIn Enters into Lease Assignment Agreement with WeWork

San Francisco – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented LinkedIn in a lease assignment agreement with WeWork. The agreement assigns to WeWork the lease of more than 450,000 square feet of space at The Village at San Antonio Center, a Mountain View, CA shopping center set to be completed in late 2017. Paul Hastings represented LinkedIn on the original underlying lease agreement.

The Paul Hastings team was led by real estate partner Jeffrey Diener and included partner Steve Berkman and associate Jamie Brown.

In 2016, Paul Hastings represented LinkedIn in an exchange of properties with Google, mostly located in Mountain View, CA, in addition to a site in Sunnyvale, CA. The Firm previously advised LinkedIn in its acquisition of the Mountain View property sold to Google and in the signing of LinkedIn’s lease at 222 Second Street in San Francisco where LinkedIn occupies the building’s entire 450,000 square feet of office space.
