Lexington Realty Trust Sells Office Property Portfolio for $726 Million

New York - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Lexington Realty Trust in their $726 million sale of a 21-asset office portfolio to a joint venture between Lexington Realty Trust and affiliates of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP. The joint venture is 80 percent owned by Davidson Kempner affiliates and 20 percent owned by Lexington, which will continue to manage the properties.
