IYUNO Media Group Merges with BTI Studios

Seoul – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm has advised IYUNO Media Group on the merger with BTI Studios. The two companies, who are both among the five largest in the content localization industry globally, will merge under the IYUNO Media Group brand. Upon the completion of the transaction, the combined company will become a new global market leader in content localization supported by powerful financial institutions and leading-edge technology.

IYUNO Media Group, headquartered in Singapore, provides its global clients with end-to-end content localization, media, and creative post-production services. BTI Studios, based in Stockholm, is one of the world's fastest growing localization companies providing dubbing, subtitling, and access services in any language.
