Harbour Group Acquires Industrial Lighting Products from Pfingsten Partners

Chicago -- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented an affiliate of private equity firm Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C. in the sale of Industrial Lighting Products to an affiliate of Harbour Group. ILP is a manufacturer of energy efficient industrial, commercial and outdoor LED lighting fixtures. The transaction closed on March 31, 2017.
The Paul Hastings team was led by Private Equity partner Brian Richards, and also included partners Ziemowit Smulkowski, Dan Stellenberg, Scott Flicker, Brad Ritter and Lisa Rushton; of counsel James Holden; and associates Colby Gifford, Annie Wang, Francine Ngo, Anna Twardy and David Stanek.
Paul Hastings has previously advised Pfingsten Partners and their portfolio companies on dozens of transactions including the acquisition of ILP and the acquisitions of Kith Kitchens, a manufacturer of semi-custom framed and frameless kitchen and bath cabinetry, and Oliver Printing, a manufacturer of value-added marketing collateral, packaging and POP displays; and the sale of Des-Case, a provider of contamination control products and services for industrial lubricants and outdoor furniture maker Tropitone Furniture.
