Greenflex Acquired by Total Energy Services

Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised the shareholders of Greenflex in connection with the sale of Greenflex to Total Energy Services.
Greenflex Group, which is a European leader in the sector of energy efficiency and environmental impact management, is forecasting revenues of more than €350 million in 2017 with more than 600 clients. With 230 employees, Greenflex Group has developed a unique business model that combines strategy and operational support, managing and financing equipment, and data intelligence ranging from predictive model to reporting.
The acquisition of Greenflex by Total Energy Services will significantly accelerate the expansion of Total Group’s efficiency and environmental impact management offering, over and above the organic growth of its affiliates BHC and Tenag. Total Group intends to offer its customers integrated solutions across the entire low-carbon energy chain, from impact assessments, optimization of energy needs and sources to energy management and emissions capture and offsets. Total Group aims to make Greenflex the linchpin of its growth in energy performance and environmental impact management in Europe.
The Paul Hastings team was composed of partner Olivier Deren and associate Stanislas Offroy, with partner Stéphane Henry on the employment aspects of the transaction.
