Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities To Serve as Joint Book-Running Managers for Accolade, Inc.’s Proposed Initial Public Offering

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and BofA Securities, as joint lead book-running managers in filing the S-1 Registration Statement for Accolade, Inc.’s proposed initial public offering of common stock. Accolade, Inc. provides personalized, technology-enabled solutions that help people better understand, navigate, and utilize the healthcare system and their workplace benefits.
Accolade intends to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol ACCD. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Co-managers in the offering included Credit Suisse, Piper Sandler, William Blair, Baird, and SVB Leerink.
