GI Partners Sells Kellermeyer Bergensons Services

Orange County -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented GI Partners, a leading private equity firm, in connection with the sale of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (“KBS”) to an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. KBS is a leading provider of technology-enabled, integrated facility management services to customers across North America.
