GI Partners Invests in DR Fortress

Orange County -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented GI Partners, a leading private equity firm, in connection with the acquisition of a majority interest in DR Fortress, LLC, which is Hawaii’s largest data center operator.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Corporate partner Brandon Howald and also included Tax partner Jim Smulkowski, Finance partner Andres Mena and Real Estate partner Greg Spitzer; of counsel Jeremy Rocklage and associate Courtney Tully.
