GI Partners Acquires Single Digits Inc.

Orange County -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented GI Partners, a leading private equity firm, in connection with the acquisition of Single Digits Inc., a provider of secure managed wireless network solutions.
