San Francisco – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Francisco Partners in its proposed acquisition of Bomgar, a secure access solutions provider from Thoma Bravo. Francisco Partners is a leading private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in technology and technology-enabled services businesses. The acquisition further strengthens Francisco Partners’ security technology portfolio.
