Ericsson Announces $1.1 Billion Acquisition of Cradlepoint

San Francisco – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced that it advised telecom equipment company Ericsson AB on the acquisition of Cradlepoint, a wireless networking company, for $1.1 billion.

Cradlepoint will become a fully owned subsidiary of Ericsson while continuing to operate under its existing brand. The Boise, Idaho-based company is a leading provider of wireless networking services and products.
