Dana Kromm Named Law360 Private Equity MVP

San Francisco – Dana Kromm, a partner in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Paul Hastings, has been named one of Law360’s Private Equity MVPs. Law360 received 900 submissions for the annual MVP awards, with the winners selected on the basis of their “successes in high-stakes litigation, record-breaking deals and complex global matters.”

Dana has distinguished herself as a premiere adviser in the private equity space, advising Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm that specializes in investments in technology and technology-enabled businesses. In 2019, Dana helmed the Paul Hastings team that led the divestiture of both ClickSoftware and Prometheus Group for Francisco Partners -- two transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion combined.
