Citigroup, BofA Securities, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities Serve as Joint Book-Running Managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s Follow-on Public Offering of Class A Common Stock

New York - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Citigroup, BofA Securities, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) follow-on public offering of class A common stock.
Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe and Australia, sold a total of 10,000,000 shares of class A common stock and raised gross proceeds of approximately $279 million. The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares. Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. is externally managed by a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group Inc.
