Avangate Acquires 2Checkout

San Francisco -- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Francisco Partners, and its portfolio company Avangate, a global eCommerce and subscription billing platform, in Avangate’s acquisition of 2Checkout, a global payment processor. The transaction closed on March 31, 2017. The combined company will use the 2Checkout name.
