AerCap Issues $1 Billion Senior Notes

New York, NY – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm acted as counsel to joint bookrunners Barclays, Mizuho Securities, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities in connection with the issuance of $1 billion of senior notes by AerCap Ireland Capital Limited and AerCap Global Aviation Trust. AerCap is the world’s largest independent aircraft leasing company.
