Matthew Warren Inducted as Fellow of American College of Bankruptcy

Paul Hastings LLP partner Matthew Warren has been named a Fellow in the 36th Class of the American College of Bankruptcy, a recognition for his professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice, and one of only 35 other inductees in this year’s class that includes professors, judges, and other lawyers in private practice.

Matthew, a partner in the firm’s Financial Restructuring group, is based in Chicago and regularly advises clients on restructuring matters with a particular emphasis on distressed debt and insolvency issues.

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of insolvency professionals invited to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship, and service to the insolvency practice and to their communities.

Matthew will be formally inducted at the American College of Bankruptcy’s Annual Meeting in March 2025 in Washington, D.C.
