Law360’s Pulse survey lists Paul Hastings LLP as one of the top elite law firms far “outpacing their peers” in diversity of equity partners, with almost 20% of equity partners identifying as attorneys of color.

 This recognition follows other recent accolades for the firm’s culture of diversity and inclusion, including top rankings in The American Lawyer’s 2022 Diversity Scorecard, and its 2022 “A-List,” which ranks firms across five key metrics, including diversity.
